(Nearly) Interview with the Monks of Zamorak

After Deadman’s drop party in the Wild, I decided that in the holiday spirit (any holiday, pick one!) I’d write a human interest piece about everyone getting along and stuff.

It was a typically semi-overcast day when I set out, in the interest of tolerance and understanding, to speak with those depraved and horrible Monks of Zamorak, the red-robed winoes Northwest of Fally.

Turned out since I wasn’t a member of their Order, they had very little to say, and I had trouble persuading them to not hit me. Some disguise was needed!

After cleverly donning robes in their style, or as near as I had on hand, I returned.

That was a failure, so I returned again in an even better costume loaned to me from an anonymous source, citizen Hyde.

And it worked a treat!! They really opened up to me!

I learned a lot about the Monks of Zamorak, and really, except for being staggeringly more boring than I could have imagined, were we so different?

...and after even more wine, I decided they were great blokes! and we all set off to make merry at a nearby Guild I frequent. But instead of being welcomed in, we were judged!

It all worked out in the end! We found our hospitality, and I think we all learned something!

I learned not to drink pitchers of wine in the afternoon, and they learned what every goodly citizen knows-- you're always welcome at the Blue Moon Inn!
